That's not an ERROR that a "file location"
Sounds like an HP machine can't find the files it wants
The ~ in the name show it's a shortened version of the name, not the "long name" format.
Try reinstalling the driver of whater HP scanner you have. Get latest drivers from www.hp.com enter model No in search box, pick model from list, click downloads etc
